4. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods listed at checkout. Cuddle Buddy reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund provided.

5. Custom Orders

Custom plush orders are made specifically to your approved design and are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or manufacturer error. We will provide a mock-up or digital preview for approval before production begins. Once approved, changes cannot be made.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unopened and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship orders promptly, but delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website or services. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

Creation Station Terms and Conditions

By submitting any idea, concept, design, character, artwork, product name, tagline, or any other material (“Submission”) through the Cuddle Buddy Creation Station platform (“Platform”), you agree to the following legally binding terms:

1. Assignment of Rights

You hereby irrevocably assign, transfer, and convey to Cuddle Buddy LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest throughout the world in and to the Submission, including but not limited to all copyrights, trademark rights, trade secret rights, patent rights (if applicable), and all other intellectual property or proprietary rights in any form.

This assignment shall be without limitation or restriction, and without any further compensation or obligation to you.

2. Waiver of Moral Rights and Claims

To the extent permitted by law, you hereby waive any and all moral rights or similar rights you may have in the Submission, and you further agree not to assert or bring any claim based on those rights against Cuddle Buddy LLC or its agents, employees, licensees, successors, or assigns.

You also waive any and all claims for compensation, royalties, credit, attribution, damages, or any other form of relief relating to your Submission, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated.

3. Representations and Warranties

By submitting a Submission, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the original creator and sole owner of the Submission;

  • The Submission is your own work and does not infringe or violate the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party;

  • You have the full right and authority to make the Submission and grant the rights described herein.

4. No Obligation to Use

Cuddle Buddy LLC shall have no obligation to use, commercialize, develop, display, or publish any Submission, in whole or in part. We reserve the sole discretion to determine whether and how any Submission may be used.

5. Confidentiality and Publicity

All Submissions will be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary. You agree that your Submission may be used publicly by Cuddle Buddy LLC, including for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes, without further notice or approval from you.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
