At Cuddle Buddy, we strive to deliver your plushies safely and promptly. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight, and dimensions.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

3. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
4. Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional carriers depending on destination and delivery speed.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Cuddle Buddy is not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect address information.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
6. Delays & Carrier Issues
While we aim for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.
7. International Shipping & Customs
1. Where international shipping is available and selected at checkout, international orders are estimated to arrive in 1–4 weeks after shipment, depending on destination and carrier.
2. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order.
3. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees for international shipments may be due upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Cuddle Buddy is not liable for any import duties, taxes, or customs-related charges.
All international sales are final and non-refundable. International orders cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law or in the limited cases of damaged or defective goods as described in our policies.
5. If you refuse to pay duties or taxes upon arrival and the shipment is returned to Cuddle Buddy, your order will be treated as non-refundable, and you will not be eligible for any refund of the product price or shipping costs.
6. Availability of international shipping, and any specific country restrictions, will be clearly listed at checkout and/or on the campaign page.
8. Mixed Orders (Cuddle Buddy + Creator Buddy Pre-Order)
If your order contains both an in-stock Cuddle Buddy item and a Creator Buddy pre-order item, the entire order will ship together once the Creator Buddy item becomes available and is ready to ship.
If you would like your in-stock Cuddle Buddy items to ship sooner, please place them on a separate order from any Creator Buddy pre-order items.
9. Missing or Damaged Packages

Creator Buddy Shipping Policy
At Creator Buddy, each plush is made-to-order in partnership with your favorite creators. Because these items are custom and produced in limited campaign runs, our shipping and refund policies differ from standard retail purchases. Please review the guidelines below before placing your order.
1. Production & Processing Time (Campaign Orders)

Creator Buddy plushies are produced in batches tied to specific campaign periods.

Production and processing begin after:

The campaign ends, and

Any stated campaign minimum (target goal) is met.

Estimated production and processing times will be shown on the campaign page and/or in your order confirmation. These timelines can vary based on:

The specific creator campaign

Factory capacity and scheduling
-
Shipping constraints (holidays, peak seasons, etc.)

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight, and dimensions.

At this time, most Creator Buddy orders ship to U.S. addresses only, but we are actively working on expanding to international orders in the future.

Once your order has finished production and ships, estimated delivery times are:

Because Creator Buddy plushies are custom and produced specifically for each campaign, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed.

The only exceptions are:

If the campaign target is not met (see Section 9), or

If your order arrives missing or damaged (see Section 10).

9. Campaign Targets & Refunds

Some Creator Buddy campaigns require a minimum number of orders to move into production.

If a campaign does not meet its stated target by the end of the campaign:

The campaign will be canceled or paused, and
-
All customers will be refunded in full to their original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
10. Mixed Orders (Creator Buddy Pre-Order + Cuddle Buddy Items)
If your order includes both a Creator Buddy pre-order item and an in-stock Cuddle Buddy item, the full order will ship together once the Creator Buddy item has finished production and is ready to ship.
If you would like your in-stock Cuddle Buddy items to ship sooner, please place them in a separate order from any Creator Buddy pre-order items.
