Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Cuddle Buddy, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and flexible. Please review the following information regarding purchasing options and order cancellations.


1. Purchase Options

We offer several purchasing options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Plush Purchases:
    Ready-to-ship plushies that typically leave our facility within 2–5 business days.

  • Custom Plush Orders:
    Personalized plush toys created based on your design. Production begins after final approval and may take several weeks depending on complexity.

  • Bulk & Wholesale Orders:
    Available for events, businesses, and special projects. Contact us directly at wholesale@cuddlebuddy.biz for custom pricing and timelines.


2. Order Changes & Cancellations

Standard Orders:

You may cancel your standard (non-custom) order any time before it ships by contacting us at support@cuddlebuddy.biz.
Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You will need to submit a return request in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Custom Plush Orders:

Custom orders are final once design approval is given. After approval and the start of production, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Pre-Orders (if applicable):

Cancellations are allowed up until the pre-order window closes. After that, orders are final and non-refundable unless defective.


3. Failed Payments or Processing Issues

Orders with failed or flagged payments will be placed on hold. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory limitations.
